Please read carefully before placing a Pre-Order. When you place a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) on 904PokeJax, please note the following terms:

Shipping:

• All items in your cart will ship together with the Pre-Order item.

  • Example: If your Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, your entire order will ship in 1 month.

• If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.

• We do not split or partially fulfill orders once placed.​

Cancellations:

• Cancelled Pre-Orders are subject to a 6% processing fee.

• To cancel, please email Josh@904PokeJax.com with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #…”.

• Pre-Orders cannot be partially cancelled; the entire order will be cancelled if requested.

Pricing, Tariffs, and Market Changes:

• All Pre-Order prices are final at the time of purchase. Price adjustments (up or down) are not available after checkout.

• Pokémon TCG pricing is subject to market conditions, tariffs, and international shipping/customs fees. These costs may fluctuate significantly.

• We source much of our inventory directly from Japan. As a result:

  • Tariffs and customs duties may impact the final cost of products. (18.5%- Tariff and Customs fee Combined.)

  • Sudden market changes can increase or decrease product value before release.

• We always do our best to provide fair and competitive pricing, but prices may be higher or lower than market rates at release.
