Pre-Orders
Shipping
All items in your cart will ship together with the Pre-Order item.
Example: If your Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, your entire order will ship in 1 month.
If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.
We do not split or partially fulfill orders once placed.
Cancellations
Cancelled Pre-Orders are subject to a 6% processing fee.
To cancel, please email Josh@904PokeJax.com with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #…”.
Pre-Orders cannot be partially cancelled; the entire order will be cancelled if requested.
Pricing, Tariffs, and Market Changes
All Pre-Order prices are final at the time of purchase. Price adjustments (up or down) are not available after checkout.
Pokémon TCG pricing is subject to market conditions, tariffs, and international shipping/customs fees. These costs may fluctuate significantly.
We source much of our inventory directly from Japan. As a result:
Tariffs and customs duties may impact the final cost of products.
Sudden market changes can increase or decrease product value before release.
We always do our best to provide fair and competitive pricing, but prices may be higher or lower than market rates at release.
Important Notice
⚠️ Items may become cheaper after your order. We purchase inventory in real time from suppliers, and costs can shift weekly due to market trends and tariffs. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for price changes after you place your order.
If you are sensitive to market shifts, you may wish to wait until release day before purchasing.

Are your products Sealed?
Yes, All our products come sealed from Japan or my local supplier. Products are never opened or weighed.
