Does 904PokeJax Do Local Meet Ups?
904PokeJax, No Longer Will Be Conducting Any Local Meet Ups. I Apologize For Any Inconveniences, But I'm An Online Only Store.
Are your products factory-sealed?
Yes, all our products are factory-sealed from Japan, China or Distribution. They’re never opened or weighed.
How do you grade your cards?
We use TCGplayer’s grading guidelines for all cards. I personally grade more strictly, but the final grade always aligns with TCGplayer standards. For example, if a card meets TCGplayer’s Near Mint criteria but I feel it’s closer to Lightly Played, I’ll list it as Lightly Played for transparency and accuracy.
What is your shipping process for single cards?
All cards shipped with tracking. Each card is sleeved, placed in a top loader, sealed in a team bag to protect against moisture, reinforced with backing boards to prevent damage during transit and set either in a bubbler mailer or box pending the size of the order.

Are You Partnered With A Distributor?
Yes, 904PokeJax Is Currently Partnered With 2 Distributors. Be mindful Pricing is Based off Distribution Pricing. We Try Are Best to Offer the Fairest Prices Possible. 904PokeJax Does Not Go To Big Box Stores And Resell At A Higher Value.
How are your prices determined?
Our sealed product prices are based on distribution pricing. Items priced above MSRP come from Collections I’ve purchased to support the business or a higher distribution price. Single cards are priced near current market value to ensure fairness and transparency.
Why Wasn't I Charged Sales Tax?
If you were not charged sales tax and you live outside the state of Florida, it is because 904PokeJax has not yet reached your state’s sales tax nexus threshold. A nexus is the level of sales activity a business must meet before being required to collect sales tax in that state.
Once our sales in your state approach or exceed that threshold, sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout in accordance with your state’s laws.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge flat-rate shipping to keep things simple: $6.00 for small items, $7.00–$8.00 for medium items, and $10.00 for larger packages. These fees may not cover the full shipping cost, but we absorb part of the expense to save you money.
