Swift Shipping Program

Swift is a free shipping promotional code valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. This code provides free shipping on all orders placed through the associated customer account.

The Swift code is strictly limited to the original customer and the shipping address linked to the account at the time of enrollment. The code may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used under any other name, account, or shipping address.

Any attempt to use the Swift code outside of the registered customer account or associated address will result in immediate termination of the Swift agreement, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

The 904PokeJax reserves the right to revoke or cancel the Swift code at any time if misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.

The Swift Free Shipping is offered as a promotional program with a total cost of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD), representing Ten Dollars ($10.00 USD) per month over a twelve (12) month term.

If the customer elects to voluntarily terminate participation in the Swift program prior to the expiration of the one-year term, the customer must email Josh@904PokeJax.com. Upon termination, the Swift code shall be immediately deactivated.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be calculated on a prorated basis term at the time of termination. Partial months are non-refundable and will be deemed used in full.

Any refund issued shall be provided at the sole discretion of the 904PokeJax.

No refunds or credits will be issued if the Swift program is terminated due to a violation of the Swift Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of the Swift code.

All approved refunds will be processed within a 24 Hours following confirmation of termination.
